Books, which record the history of human development and evolution from ancient times to the present, are the ladder of human progress. Library building undertakes the responsibility of preserving human cultural heritage, developing information resources and participating in social education. On the ladder of life, we should always look back on the past, cherish the present, look forward to the future and savor the stories of time.

From the perspective of architectural culture and geography, this design consists of four units, which are combined in the form of a return station to symbolize the "ladder". The area is decreasing, which means "time is decreasing" and calls on people to cherish time.

In addition, the facade of the building is made of HA, which prevents direct sunlight, increases the lighting effect of the internal space and adds ethnic flavor to the facade. Let the modern elements and national elements of the whole building naturally combine. Inside the building, this part, as the main traffic space, is surrounded by the main functions, while the reading room is arranged in layers, which is convenient to use, with clear lines and less interference.
