Risk theory provides a quasi-management method of safety management, which is paid more and more attention and widely used by people. Its essence is to eliminate the destructive consequences brought by risks in the most economical and reasonable way. Based on the common risks of enterprises, this paper expounds the necessity of project risk management. Through risk identification, assessment and evaluation, and some risk coping methods, the risks of subway civil engineering can be prevented and reduced, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing risks.
