However, such a fairy figure is a cleaner in Shaolin Temple. He has been unknown for decades, and senior leaders have no impression of him. If he hadn't accidentally revealed his true colors, I'm afraid he would have kept silent.
This makes people curious about him. What is the origin of this sweeping monk? Who the hell is he? Why is he willing to sweep the floor in Shaolin Temple when he has such great skills? Why did he appear without warning and give readers a great surprise?
On this issue, many fans have given explanations. Some people say that he is the predecessor of the bard, some people say that he is Murong Bo's father, and some people say that he is a martial arts expert in Jintai.
However, there are big bugs in these three statements. The basis for thinking that he is the predecessor of the bard is that sweeping monk has recognized Confucius' short works and learned all the details of the bard, and the name of the bard is confidential and only his disciples can know it. This explanation is very reasonable, but we should not forget what kind of Sect the bard is and what kind of people his disciples are.
Although the bard has always been famous for his mystery, outsiders know little about him. However, from Mr. Jin Yong's use of the words "and nobody is in charge" in the chapter about Xu Zhu becoming the first bard, it can be seen that Mr. Jin Yong's positioning of the bard is to pursue a free life. Freedom and carefree are their life goals. It's probably more difficult to let a person who is used to living a free life sweep the floor in Shaolin Temple and stay in the Sutra Pavilion every day than to kill him.
It is true that the bard's boundless son had lived alone in a humble room for decades, but he was forced to. At that time, he was knocked off a cliff by Ding Chunqiu without any protection, and was seriously injured and paralyzed in his lower limbs. He can only rely on a rope to hang on the beam, which is inconvenient to move. His good disciple Su Xinghe's kung fu is so poor that he can't get back at Ding Chunqiu, so he has to hide and wait for someone to appear. If it weren't for the belief of revenge, I'm afraid he would have killed himself long ago.
Sweeping monk has no such problem at all. He has legs and feet and moves freely. If anyone has offended him, his old man's house can shoot him to death with a quick step. Why are you hiding in Shaolin Temple? It's totally unnecessary. If the opponent is worse than him, he won't use Xiao Feng's excuse to expose himself in public, because decades of hard work will go up in smoke, so he certainly won't be a master of bard.
It is impossible to say that he is Kim Tae. Although both of them have reached the peak of martial arts, Kim Tae is not a nobody. In the past, people played Shaolin Temple three times, and the story was compiled into a storytelling. Even ordinary people know that there is such a person, let alone a Shaolin monk as a party. There should be many people who have seen the golden platform.
Even if ordinary monks deny Huang Jintai, what about Master Xuan Cheng? This man is obsessed with martial arts all his life and is regarded as the most outstanding figure in the past 200 years by the predecessors of Shaolin Temple. It is no exaggeration to say that he is a martial artist. This kind of people admire people with high martial arts most. Their admiration for the martial arts masters is comparable to the worship of stars now, and their skill as big as a golden platform must have left a deep imprint on Xuancheng's mind. However, under the condition of sweeping monk's three reminders, he didn't recognize each other, which was really suspicious.
As for saying that he is Murong Bo's father, that's impossible. Father-son relationship is one of the closest relationships in the world. Murong Bo, whom I haven't seen for decades, can be recognized by Mu Rongfu. Why can't Murong Bo recognize his father?
To say the least, even though sweeping monk has changed a lot because it has been so many years apart, Murong Bo can't recognize it. What about sweeping monk? He clearly knows the identity of Murong Bo, and he knows what serious consequences will be caused by practicing Shaolin stunts. However, he knew that his son had to endure the pain of saving himself every day, but he was relieved. Isn't it incredible?
Therefore, the above three guesses are difficult to establish. Mr. Jin Yong told us his real life story in the book, which is not as complicated as imagined.
After he appeared in sweeping monk, he had a lot of conversations with everyone on the scene. When he mentioned Shaolin, he always used the word "this school", which showed that he was an out-and-out Shaolin disciple, not a carefree master, nor the father of Jintai or Murong Bo. Those people are proud of their sect, and will not call it Shaolin. Sweeping monk naturally said the word "this school" without hesitation.
Then where did his martial arts come from? Why is it much taller than Shaolin monks? There is a simple reason. From Yijinjing, Mr. Jin Yong once explained: "Yijinjing is the supreme treasure of martial arts, but it is difficult to practice it." You have to find out my personal appearance and have no desire to practice martial arts. " Therefore, there are not many people practicing this skill in Shaolin Temple for thousands of years, because their purpose of practicing martial arts is to enhance their strength and embark on a fork in the road.
Sweeping monk went to Shaolin to make a living as a cleaner. He never thought of practicing peerless martial arts to realize his great ambition, so he turned a deaf ear to the outside world, even though Shaoshi Mountain had been turned upside down. But it is precisely because of this that he found the practice of Yijinjing, such as Shaolin Jigong and Youtan, and inadvertently practiced superb martial arts. Imagine that the internal force of Youtan is comparable, and sweeping monk has been practicing for more than 40 years to reach such a state.
His brilliant Buddhist and medical theories all come from the classics of the sutra depository. As we all know, the sutra depository is a library with a large number of books. When the monk sweeping the floor is old, his superiors will not assign him too much work, that is, sweeping the floor and wiping the table, just like the Jue Yuan monk who later practiced the magic of Jiuyang. He read every book, regardless of category, and unconsciously mastered a wealth of knowledge.
This also explains why he can recognize Xiao Wuxiang. Shaolin disciples, as sects in Wulin, have experienced many vicissitudes in Jianghu. It is inevitable that someone had a fight with someone at the bard's place, and then wrote a pamphlet on the characteristics and origin of Xiao Wuxiang Gong, which was inadvertently seen by sweeping monk.
The reason why he hasn't seen Shaolin for decades is simpler, because he doesn't want to take care of anything but sweeping the floor. Xiao Yuanshan, Master Xuan Cheng and others saw them on the fork in the road, so they couldn't help reminding them that it was their business to listen or not. As for the later appearance, it was a last resort, because Xiao and his son had to settle accounts with Murong Bo in the Sutra Pavilion. These people are extremely superior, and once they fight, the sutra depository will be destroyed.
