General Zhang Xueliang Memorial Hall has a building area of 400 square meters. A total of 52 commemorative plates and 274 commemorative pictures of General Zhang Xueliang are displayed in the museum, which reproduces the main historical footprints of General Zhang Xueliang from his adolescence to his later years, fully demonstrates the development process of General Zhang Xueliang's great patriotism, and places his lofty feelings of caring for the future and destiny of the country.
General Yan Baohang Memorial Hall has a building area of 700 square meters. A total of 36 plates are displayed in the museum, including a large number of precious historical photos provided by Yan Mingguang, the daughter of General Yan Baohang, which shows the aboveboard life of General Yan Baohang. On the campus of Tongze Middle School in Haicheng, which is surrounded by mountains and rivers, several old-fashioned red buildings are bathed in bright sunshine. After 77 years of wind and rain, the school founded by the young marshal Zhang Xueliang has now become a "red tourist" attraction for Haicheng people to feel patriotic feelings. At present, we are making every effort to sprint the provincial red tourism project. From 65438 to 0928, Zhang Xueliang invested 400,000 silver dollars to build Tongze Middle School in order to revitalize his hometown education and cultivate talents. The overall layout of the school building is designed according to biplane, with a main building in the middle and red buildings on both sides as "wings". The name of "Tongze" is taken from the Book of Songs "No Clothes, Children are Tongze", which aims to cultivate the sons of mulberry and strengthen their studies.
Today, General Zhang Xueliang Exhibition Hall and Baoxing Library have become the windows of the school's patriotism education base. Yan Baohang, who has a deep friendship with Zhang Xueliang, was born in a poor family in Wangtai Town, Haicheng. Under the leadership of Zhou Enlai, he has been engaged in the work of the anti-Japanese United front for a long time, and contributed to the complete victory of China people's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the international anti-fascist war. 1995, on the eve of Yan Baohang's centenary birthday, Baoxing Library settled in Tongze Middle School. His daughter Yan Mingguang provided a large number of precious historical photos for the museum, and also presented some photos of General Zhang Xueliang. Subsequently, the General Zhang Xueliang Exhibition Hall was opened, in which 274 commemorative pictures of Zhang Xueliang from different eras were displayed. "Changing the flag and changing the flag" and "Xi 'an incident" in Northeast China ... Whether it is a young marshal in uniform or a general in a suit and tie, these pictures all tell his extraordinary life.
