1. must meet the following conditions: China nationality, 18 years old and under 35 years old, and the age of graduate students and doctoral students (part-time) can be relaxed to under 40 years old.

2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of China Party and the socialist system.

3. Have good political quality and moral conduct, and have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.

4. Work ability meets the requirements of the post, with a college degree or above, and other qualifications required by the proposed post as stipulated by the central civil servant department.
