Third, the steps of applying for a certificate

Four, the reader card type

1。 Each reader can only apply for one reader card.
2。 Each function of the reader card is valid for two years. Please extend the loan in time so as not to affect the loan. When handling the extension, the reader needs to bring the reader's card to the registration office.
3。 Readers can apply for a reader's card for free for the first time. Please take good care of the reader's card. If it cannot be used due to improper storage, it needs to be reissued at the cost of 10 yuan.
4。 If the reader's ID card is accidentally lost, the reader should report the loss to the registration office with a valid ID card in time. After reporting the loss, you can apply for a replacement card in the account opening hall, and the card reader needs to pay the IC card fee 10 yuan. After replacing the card, the new card will restore the function and effectiveness of the original card reading. All losses caused before loss reporting shall be borne by the owner.
5。 For readers who need to return their certificates for various reasons, please return all the borrowed books and periodicals first, and then go to the account opening hall with my ID card and reader's card to go through the deposit refund formalities. Those who refund the deposit on behalf of the client must bring the reader's card and ID card and show their ID card.
6。 /kloc-readers under the age of 0/4 need to be accompanied and signed by their guardians when applying for admission tickets.
