How does the Education Bureau respond to the training institution leaflet contained in the admission notice?
Recently, parents of Taizhou Middle School, Taizhou No.2 Middle School and Xinghua Middle School in Jiangsu Province reported that leaflets of the same educational institution appeared in the children's admission notice. In response, the vice president of Taizhou Middle School responded that the issuance of the admission notice is mainly the responsibility of the Admissions Office of the Education Bureau, and the school has no right to put flyers in the admission notice.

After the Education Bureau learned about the situation reflected by netizens, the Working Committee Office immediately learned about the situation from all departments of the Education Bureau and investigated all aspects of the issuance of admission notices. After investigation and verification, it was the local postal company, not the Admissions Office of the Education Bureau, that placed the leaflets in the new student admission notice.

Mr. Mo, deputy director of the Office of the Education Working Committee of Taizhou Municipal Committee, responded that after investigation and verification, placing advertisements in the new student admission notice is not an act of the Education Bureau, but a unilateral act of the post office that has a cooperative relationship with the Admissions Office of the Education Bureau.

In this regard, Ji Bin, head of the Wenchuang Center of Taizhou Branch of China Post, said that because a training institution has paid more for the postal company's love project in recent years, the postal company only helped it "advertise" for free for the purpose of giving back.

School: The school is only responsible for stamping the official seal on the admission notice.

The school issued 658 admission notices on June 29th. But in the next few days, the school did not receive any complaints from parents. It was not until July 2, the day the freshmen reported for duty, that parents questioned the teachers present, and the school knew that this had happened.

The staff of Taizhou Middle School in Jiangsu Province and Xinghua Middle School Office in Jiangsu Province all said that the school did not know about the fact that the new admission notice contained leaflets of educational institutions.

Ji Bin, head of Wenchuang Center of Taizhou Branch of China Post, said that postal companies send admission notices to freshmen free of charge, without charging any fees to schools and education bureaus, but choose some non-profit organizations as sponsors.

Regarding why this educational institution was chosen, Ji Bin said that in recent years, this institution has donated many books and food for free in the "Caring for Left-behind Children" project of the postal company. Considering the students' demand for extracurricular tutoring, the company "gives back" in this way this year.

"Later, we also found that there was a problem with this practice." Ji Bin said that the original intention of the company is by no means to promote educational institutions, but to provide some help to freshmen. To this end, the postal company specially printed a practical handbook for freshmen in senior high school and put it in the admission notice, including holiday safety, admission precautions and so on.
