Books and materials do not belong to intangible cultural heritage. "Intangible cultural heritage" refers to all kinds of traditional cultural expressions and cultural activities with distinctive national characteristics that exist in intangible forms and are closely related to people's lives, such as folk festivals, ceremonial celebrations, drama music, dance art and so on. "Books and materials" refers to books and materials and does not belong to any of them.
