Article 1 The books borrowed by readers exceed the prescribed borrowing days (the date of returning books will be postponed in case of legal holidays).
Article 2 For books that are allowed to be lent out according to the lending rules, the overdue payment for each book is 0. 10 yuan, and the maximum overdue payment for each book shall not exceed 3 yuan. Loans overdue for more than 30 days (including 30 days), in addition to overdue repayment from 3 yuan, will also stop the loan (calculated by twice the sum of overdue days).
Article 3 If books and periodicals that are not checked out according to the borrowing rules are allowed to be checked out due to special needs, the overdue fee is 1.00 yuan/day.
Article 4 All books and periodicals borrowed and copied by the quality card and returned on duty shall not be taken out of the library. Offenders will be fined 0.50 yuan per shift except for three days after the loan is stopped.
Article 5. If anyone is found to have cheated or evaded payment, depending on the seriousness of the case, in addition to giving criticism and education, stopping borrowing or informed criticism, a fine will be doubled on the original payment base.
Borrowing and returning books
1. On-the-job staff, graduate students and senior teachers are limited to borrow 10 copies each, for 90 days (except literature); Undergraduate students are limited to borrow 4 volumes, each for 30 days; Other readers can only borrow two books each within 30 days. Literary books are limited to 30 days per person 1 book. You can't continue to borrow books if you owe money or stop borrowing.
2. Return and renewal of books: the books and materials borrowed by readers should be returned voluntarily when they expire (the date of return will be postponed every legal holiday); The fee can be renewed once 5 days before the expiration, and the renewal period is 15 days; If the borrowed book has been reserved by other readers, or the reader has not returned the book or is in arrears, or the book has been renewed once, it cannot be renewed; Although the lent books have not expired, if the library has special needs, it will issue a reminder notice, and the books that have been reminded must be returned as soon as possible and cannot be renewed.
3. Book reservation: When readers are in urgent need and the collection has been borrowed, readers can apply for an appointment through the Internet or directly to the cashier (literature books are not reserved), and the library is responsible for returning the books and notifying the reserved readers (telephone, e-mail, library home page). Readers must borrow books from the library within three days after the notice is issued, and will not keep them after the expiration.
4. Stop borrowing: The library will "stop borrowing" because readers violate the relevant provisions of library rules and regulations, thus affecting the borrowing rights of other readers. During the suspension period, the reader's library card only has the right to read in the library, and other rights and functions are suspended until the "suspension" expires.

Readers who hold books that have been returned by reminder shall return the books according to the date stipulated in the reminder notice, and the books that have been returned by reminder shall not be renewed.
