For example, how to find out who drew this mind map? How to check when this mind map was drawn? How to add information to show that I drew this mind map? The method is to use the inspector in XMind. Next, let's take a look.

In XMind, when you click Inspector in the Window, the basic information of this mind map will be displayed in the lower right corner. Of course, you can also add or modify corresponding information for your mind map here.

From the information, we can see that the file information can be viewed by viewing the view, including the pictures, links and other theme elements in the guide map. In addition, you can see how big the guide map is, how many branches it has, when it was created or modified, and other general information.

In addition, we can also set the default file information, which is much faster for stable users. Click "Preferences" in the editor, and then select the file information option, where we can fill in our or commonly used personal information. Click Apply or OK.

Note: The filled file information will be saved in the file we created and can be displayed in the inspector view. If you want to cancel the file information, just click Restore Defaults to restore to the default state of XMind.
