What do you mean by books bound in the library? Is it photocopied by the library?
Library binding is the pretreatment of some books entering the library for long-term preservation and borrowing. The main process is strengthening or merging.

There are generally several kinds of books that need to be bound:

1. paperback. Foreign language books are usually made into hardcover for library collection, but there are also a few books that have never been published that need to be bound in a hard shell (some are lined with reinforcing materials on the back of the cover). This is also the place where domestic libraries do not do well, and the products preserved are generally poor-soft cover books wear out quickly.

2. Maintenance, maintenance and repair of rare books of ancient books.

3. Periodicals. Make a bound book.

The books bound by these libraries mainly tell readers that this binding has nothing to do with the original publishing house, but a version statement.
