Make folder side labels
Nowadays, many books or files are managed by tags, which are usually called book number tags or folder tags. Although the tag content is simple, it can play a great role in file management and reduce a lot of workload. Let's look at how to make folder labels with label printing software.

1. Create a new label paper according to the actual label paper size in the label printing software, import a background picture in the "Document Settings-Canvas" window, check the background picture, click "Browse" at the back, and import the background picture according to the path. If there is a background picture on the label paper, you can deselect "Print Background" first.

Second, draw a double border line and display it in the center. You can draw a rectangular box by clicking the rectangular box icon in the toolbar on the left, and then draw a rectangular box in the appropriate position on the canvas. Because the sample is a double rectangular box, you can draw it twice, adjust the rectangular box inside to an appropriate size, then select both rectangular boxes, and click "Align vertically in the center" and "Align horizontally in the center" in the upper right corner to display the two rectangular boxes on the canvas.

Third, add folder label content.

1. Add brand logo. Click the image insertion icon on the left, draw the image style in the appropriate position, double-click to open the data source window, click Browse in the manual input state, and select the image to be imported according to the path.

2. Add the text content of the folder label Click the icon A in the left toolbar to draw ordinary text on the canvas, and double-click to open the graphic properties window to add text content to the data source. You can adjust the font and font size in the text window.

After the label content is added, you can directly click Print Preview to see the specific printing effect, and then click the printer icon to print after the preview is correct.
