Revise the rules and regulations and post responsibilities of the library to make them effective and clarify the responsibilities of the staff;
Coordinate the administrative and business work of the whole library, and be responsible for the administrative business leadership of each department and office;
Understand readers' opinions and demands on the library with scientific management, improve the scientific management level of modern libraries, and gradually standardize, systematize and modernize all business work;
The construction of the librarian team in the whole library, such as: the cultivation of competent cadres and employees, examination and employment, dismissal, salary adjustment and professional title evaluation;
Leading academic research and exchange work and handling important affairs in foreign work;
Approve the purchase of books, periodicals and equipment.
