Book management system is a typical information management system. It mainly includes the establishment, maintenance and programming of front-end applications. The former requires data consistency, integrity and security. For the latter, the application program is required to be fully functional and easy to use. So I took my book from the library, MS SQL database management system, Server2000 SQL language principle, Visual Basic 6.0 language, Access database technology and other aspects of in-depth study and application, and analyzed the main requirements of the library management system, divided the functional modules, and analyzed the database model, so as to design the database structure and application. The running results of the system show that the designed book management system can meet the needs of borrowers and librarians.

In the design, the powerful Access database technology of VB6.0 is fully utilized to improve the reliability and efficiency of programming.
