The Bibliography of Rare Chinese Ancient Books was compiled by the editorial board of the Bibliography of Rare Chinese Ancient Books, which appointed Mr. Gu as the editor-in-chief, and Ms. Ji Shuying and Mr. Pan Tianzhen as deputy editors. The classic department, history department, volume division department, collection department and cluster department of this book were published by Shanghai Ancient Books Publishing House from June 1989 to March 1998. As a large-scale reference book, as Ms. Ji Shuying said in the postscript of this book, this book is a "general catalogue of rare ancient books currently collected in China". Therefore, the text of this book and the appendix "Code List of Collection Units" and "Search List of Collection Units" (hereinafter referred to as "Search List") can easily retrieve the collection, volume number, author and other details of any existing rare ancient books in Chinese mainland. The publication of this book provides great convenience for the staff engaged in the collation and research of ancient books. But nothing can be perfect, and due to the hasty compilation time and other reasons, this book will inevitably have shortcomings. When researching the origin of the edition of wuyue's History Preparation, the author found that there were many mistakes and omissions in the record of wuyue's history preparation in the Bibliography of Rare Chinese Ancient Books. Among them, Jing Wu mainly belongs to the records of the anthology, followed by the author's description and preface. Now, the records about the history of wuyue in the Bibliography of Rare Chinese Ancient Books are copied as follows, and then annotated to correct the mistakes. Finally, the missing version of Wu Yueshi in the Bibliography of Rare Chinese Ancient Books will be supplemented, and the wrong or missing contents in the catalogue cards of various libraries will still be corrected or supplemented in the form of comments.
