You don't need a campus card to study for yourself, but you need a campus card to borrow books or read books in the reading room. If it is a postgraduate entrance examination, it is not needed. The library is not open in winter and summer vacations, so you can only read books in the classroom. If it weren't for the tight economy, the house would be quite easy to rent. Houses costing several hundred dollars a month can be found in backstreets.
