Xinqiao Village is located in the northwest of the new city, bordering baoji-chengdu railway in the east, Wugui Village in the south, Majia Town in the west and Xinxin Road in the north. It covers an area of 2 square kilometers and governs 15 villagers' groups, with a total number of households 1368 and a total population of 3 160. The village committee has a library, which provides spacious reading classrooms and various books for the villagers. Xinqiao Village has established a convenient service room.
