The library of Hebei Oriental College is open every Monday, Tuesday (afternoon), Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8: 00 to 20: 00.

The library of Hebei Oriental College is located in the east of the Arc de Triomphe, a landmark building in the south gate of University Town. Founded in 200 1, it covers an area of 1. 1000 ㎡ and has a building area of 17000 ㎡. The total collection is 80 10000 volumes (by the end of 20 18), 4000 volumes of 900 periodicals and 260000 volumes of e-books.

Now it is divided into two buildings: the south and the north. There are 3 reading rooms, 5 stacks and 870 reading seats in the north and south areas of the library. There is a Goethe electronic borrowing machine in teaching buildings 2 and 4 of the college headquarters.

The library adopts the management mode of automatic integrated system (MELINETS), and the whole process from editing to borrowing is automated. The library implements open management, and all functional areas are barrier-free. Readers can read books, newspapers and periodicals in various functional areas at will, and locate and find books. The whole museum is covered with wireless WIFI.
