Reference service is one of the ways for libraries to serve readers. It is a service activity that the library uses various reference books and collected documents to solve the difficult problems encountered by readers in consulting documents and provide documents or reference answers, data and clues. The main contents of reference work include three aspects: answer consultation, bibliography reference and information retrieval (including subject characteristic service, interlibrary loan, original text transmission, and substitute search).
