In addition, the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and the relevant departments of the armed forces that have made outstanding achievements in organizing the production of these spiritual products will be awarded organizational work awards. Award-winning units and selected works will receive award certificates and bonuses. From 1995, a good song and a good radio drama were included in the selection scope, and the name of "Five One Projects" remained unchanged.
