1. Fire-prone parts. Such as chemical production workshop, painting, baking, tempering, woodworking, electric welding and gas cutting operation room; Laboratories, garages and warehouses for hazardous chemicals; Flammable and combustible liquid storage tanks, flammable and combustion-supporting gas cylinder warehouses and storage tanks, liquefied petroleum gas cylinders or storage tanks; Oxygen station, acetylene station and hydrogen station; Flammable buildings, etc.

2. Parts that have a significant impact on fire safety after the fire, such as power distribution station (room), fire control room and fire pump room closely related to fire fighting.

3. Parts with important properties and accidents affecting the overall situation, such as power station, distribution station (room), communication equipment room, production control room, computer room, boiler room, archives room, materials, valuables and important historical documents collection room, etc.

According to Article 19 of the Regulations on Fire Safety Management of Organs, Organizations, Enterprises and Institutions (Order No.61of the Ministry of Public Security), the key parts of fire safety refer to the parts that are prone to fire, may seriously endanger personal and property safety and have a significant impact on fire safety. The unit shall determine the key parts of fire safety, set up obvious fire signs and implement strict management.
