Changchun University Library implements the librarian responsibility system under the leadership of the principal in charge. Our library has a curator and an assistant curator. There are nine functional departments (department-level organizational system) according to their functions: office, business department, editorial department, periodical department, circulation department, reading department, loan department of west campus, reference department and modern technology department. Each department has a person in charge to undertake the daily work of the department, and the business cooperation between departments is coordinated and managed by the business department, with clear responsibilities and orderly management.
