Haida Library now has one room and six departments: curator's room, comprehensive management department, editorial department, circulation department, automation department, Dongshan reading department and subject service department. There are 83 full-time staff, including 27 with senior technical titles, 9 with master's degree or above/kloc-0, and 85% with college degree or above.
