How to fail in this link? The following are some aspects that I have practiced and summarized in my teaching, which we can't ignore:
(1) Capitalization: Whether the first letter of an English word needs to be capitalized depends on the rules of English grammar.
Capitalize the first letter of a word in the following cases:
1) Propnoun, including name, position, place, time, title, organization name, etc.
Such as daniel defoe, Professor John Smith, 1 1B Lake Road, September, Fortune Magazine, House of Representatives.
Also: nationality, race, religion, language, planet; Title of month, week, festival and relationship; Title, script, film, etc. Must be capitalized.
But prepositions or conjunctions with less than five letters in proper nouns do not need to be capitalized.
Romeo and Juliet; Library of Congress
2) The first letter of the first word in each sentence should be capitalized, that is, the subject should be capitalized.
3) If the letters of the examples in the title are capitalized, the corresponding answers should also be capitalized.
4) When letters and numbers are together, the letters must be capitalized. Such as' 4282-AP'.
5) Abbreviations must be capitalized, such as "WTO"-WTO UK PRC.
Note that all letters should be capitalized, and points will be deducted if they are not capitalized.
Teacher Ma's tip:
-If you are used to lowercase, you need to pay attention to the capitalization of the above points, which is more practical. After all, these are the basic common sense in the practical application of English, which needs to be mastered;
-If you are used to capitalization, use all capitalization on the answer sheet, so you can't go wrong, but it is important to be familiar with this writing method in advance, otherwise it is easy to miss or make mistakes.
I suggest you go to some educational websites, such as IELTS channel of Yulu Education Network, to learn about review skills, which will help you.
Good luck in the exam!
