In the construction drawing, the most common is only the plane layout, even if there is a section, it is not perfect.
According to Article 3.8. 1 of Code for Design of Cable Bridges, its design contents include:
1 bridge system layout;
2. The relevant section of the bridge system;
3. List of specifications and quantities of bridges, straight elbows of ladders, supports and hangers required by the bridge system and necessary explanations;
4. Non-standard technical specifications or drawings with special requirements. Due to imperfect design and other reasons, there are too many cables in some areas, even full load phenomenon, which does not meet the requirements of Article 3.2. 1 of the specification: the filling rate of cables should not exceed the specified value of relevant standards, 40% for power cables and 50% for control cables. In this regard, supervisors should take pre-control measures, strictly require the construction unit to master the use function of the electrical engineering system before buying the bridge, accurately count the number of cables and cable sections in each bridge, change the specifications of the bridge in time in combination with the design when problems are found, and effectively control the occurrence of quality problems.
