Inspection and acceptance criteria of sheet metal bending parts;

Dimensions shall be carried out according to drawing requirements and sheet metal processing tolerance table, and actual assembly shall be submitted to R&D engineer for cooperation under special circumstances.

The scale is divided into 65438+ below 0.5 mm, 65438+below 0.5 mm ~ 2.9 mm, above 3 mm and below 120.

B. general tolerance of bending angle

General tolerance of bending type: 0.5 for right-angle bending and 1.0 for other angles.

B. acceptance criteria for surface treatment:

A. surface paint inspection standard:

1. color and texture: the manufacturer shall make samples as required, and both parties shall confirm. According to the sample acceptance, there shall be no obvious color difference (no more than 3 degrees), and the grain is consistent with the sample.

2. Tightness inspection: After cutting a face with a square knife, stick it with 3M adhesive tape, and pull it away instantly at 60 degrees, and it will not fall off at 40/100.

3. Solvent inspection: After alcohol wiping, there should be no discoloration, fading and dullness.

4. Hardness test: use H pencil to cut off the front end of the refill, and use the pencil to push it out at a 45-degree angle with the measured object without scratches on the surface. 5. Before painting, the surface of sheet metal parts should be electrified to achieve the purpose of double protection. According to the actual use effect, manufacturers are allowed to use double-sided galvanized materials instead of electroplating process.
