All student dormitories are managed in apartments, with air conditioning in summer, water heaters in winter and full coverage of wired and wireless networks.
Dormitories are mostly apartment-style dormitories, and there are several types. The dormitory in the south area of Jiangning Campus is a dormitory with three bedrooms and one living room. There is no shower room in the dormitory single room, and there is a water heater shower in the bathroom of each hall. The old dormitory in the north area is not apartment-style, but also four rooms, a small number of eight rooms, with shower room and bathroom on the ground. The student dormitory in the shogunate campus is a four-person room with a separate bathroom and shower.
The school has three student canteens, which can meet the eating habits and life of students from different regions and nationalities.

1, faculty and staff
By April 2020, the school had nearly 1.500 on-the-job staff, including full-time senior title 1 person and double-employed academician 1 person. Four Chinese and foreign academicians were hired as honorary professors of the school, as well as a group of winners of special allowances from the State Council, outstanding national teachers, famous teachers in Jiangsu Province, young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions in Jiangsu Province, and honorary professors in Jiangsu Province.
The training goal of "Blue Project" in Jiangsu Province, the training goal of high-level talents in "Six Talent Peaks" in Jiangsu Province, talents in "Double Innovation Plan" in Jiangsu Province, top-notch young and middle-aged talents in Nanjing, "Zijin Talent Plan" in Nanjing, and model workers in Nanjing, etc. There are also two provincial excellent teaching teams.
2. Teaching construction
By April 2020, the school had 1 national specialty construction site, 4 provincial brand specialties, 4 provincial characteristic specialties, 4 provincial key specialties, 1 pilot specialty of excellent engineer education and training program of Ministry of Education, and 2 provincial excellent engineer education and training program (software) pilot specialties.
At present, the Ministry of Education has carried out 2 comprehensive professional reform pilots, 2 key construction laboratories in provincial universities, 3 provincial practical education centers (including construction sites), 9 school-level experimental teaching centers and 229 laboratories. The school has networked courses, among which 6 courses have been approved by the National Excellent Online Open Courses, 29 courses have been launched by the Ministry of Education, and 16 online courses have been launched by the UOOC (Excellent Courses) Alliance of local universities nationwide.
