Gift card usage rules

1. The gift card is anonymous, and it will not be reported, cashed or returned.

2. The gift card is valid for one year. Please use it within the validity period.

3, a single gift card can order all the goods of Dangdang; When using two or more gift cards at the same time, you can only order self-operated goods, not merchant goods.

4. The gift card can be used many times during the validity period until the amount is used up.

5. If the order transaction is unsuccessful, the amount of the used gift card will be recovered within one working day, and the validity period of the gift card will remain unchanged.

6. If the order is returned, the amount of the gift card will be optimized and restored, and then the cash difference will be refunded.

7. Gift cards cannot be used with gift certificates and VIP membership cards.
