Nanchang Institute of Technology is located in Nanchang, a heroic city where the flag of Bayi Army rises. The school, formerly known as Ganjiang University, was founded by a group of old comrades headed by former provincial party secretary Fu Yutian. 1988. It is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education and the only national college preparatory education base in East China. The school has complete infrastructure, including administrative office building, teaching building, experimental training room, library, track and field, football field, basketball court, badminton court, student apartment, general canteen, halal canteen, hospital, post office, commercial street and student activity center.
