Recruitment conditions

1, volunteer to participate in the volunteer service of Qixian Library, willing to contribute, and love voluntary public welfare undertakings.

2.1college students over 6 years old.

3. Be able to participate in volunteer service for at least 50 hours during the summer vacation.

4. Abide by discipline and law, be able to obey the unified arrangement of the Seven Sages Library, strictly abide by the rules and regulations, observe the agreed service hours, be in good health, have excellent moral character, have good communication skills, and be able to adapt to the requirements of volunteer positions.

5. Experience in volunteer practical activities is preferred.

It mainly provides assistance services and cultural professional services for the daily opening of the library, including: reader consultation, book borrowing, inquiry guidance, book sorting, maintaining reading order in the library, participating in reading promotion activities and other related services.

Registration process

The recruitment method is open recruitment. Those who meet the above basic requirements can fill in the registration form at the library office on the sixth floor of Qixian Library. Our library will conduct a comprehensive inspection and call after passing the examination. If you can't participate in volunteer activities as scheduled, you need to inform the museum three days in advance.

Pre job training

The library will arrange pre-job training for the volunteers who have passed the examination. The specific training time is to be determined and waiting for the notice.

Related guarantee

After the expiration of volunteer service, our library will issue the social practice certificate of students' summer volunteer service and the "excellent volunteer" certificate to outstanding volunteers.
