How to read e-books with windows smart phone?
Teach you step by step how to read e-books on your mobile phone.

Many friends' basic interest in pictures, ringtones and so on after buying a mobile phone. Except for a few days ago, the freshness will be reduced. Reading e-books on mobile phones is still very affordable. Now I use my mobile phone to read e-books, and there are some friends' experiences for reference.

The first step is how to transfer e-books to mobile phones.

1, download using WAP network

This is basically the same as surfing the Internet and downloading things. People who are familiar with mobile internet access should be familiar with it, so I won't elaborate here.

2. After downloading the e-book, send it to your mobile phone through your computer.

The connection between mobile phone and computer is explained in many articles on the Internet. You need to connect your mobile phone and computer first.

Then I download e-books online.

The second step is to understand the e-book format supported by your mobile phone.

At present, the main formats of mobile e-books are TXT text, jar, UMD, pdb and WMLC file formats. The first three formats of e-books are the most convenient and fast. This paper explains the first three formats.

At present, e-books in TXT and jar formats need mobile phones to support K-JAVA, and the mobile phones that support K-JAVA now mainly include these:

At present, UMD e-books only support smart phones, but there are still problems with K-JAVA's mobile phone reading.

Step 3: reading conditions of various e-books

1, TXT plain text e-books Some mobile phones have their own readers to read, or they can be downloaded and installed on mobile phones to read. Commonly used readers are microreader, Qreader and Smartviewer.

Taking Siemens C65 as an example, this paper explains how to use microreader to read TXT e-books.

Decompressing the downloaded software package will produce three files "MicroReader.jad", "MicroReader.jar" and "Storage". Connect the mobile phone to the computer through the data cable, open the memory of the mobile phone through MPM mobile phone management software, create another "MicroReader" folder in the "JAM" folder of the mobile phone, and copy the three files decompressed from the computer to the newly created "MicroReader" folder in the mobile phone.

Then copy the TXT text file you need to read to the "storage" folder. The TXT file you copied to your mobile phone had better be renamed in English, because there is a certain BUG in MicroReader's recognition of Chinese. Then run MicroReader's KJAVA program through the mobile phone, and you can read the TXT text file downloaded from the mobile phone.

2. E-books in 2.jar format are relatively simple. Transfer the downloaded e-books (including jar files and jad files) to the JAVA folder of the mobile phone (Siemens C65 is still transferred to the jam folder, or a new folder can be created). It should be noted that the file in jar format is best in letters, otherwise it is easy to go wrong).

3.UMD format e-books need to download readers, that is, Palm Academy, and different mobile phones need to download different readers.

Step 4: Make your own e-book.

The mobile phone e-books on the Internet are incomplete, and some of them may not be able to read after downloading. At this time, you need to do it yourself.

1, TXT e-book making

2, jar format e-book production

3, UMD format e-book production
