On the Borrowing of Books in Suzhou Library
I am a volunteer in Suzhou Library. Well, the stacks are in the basement of the main library (quite complete, but only staff can enter except volunteers) and on the fifth floor. The books inside can't be checked out. After we go, we have to fill in the form, and then let the staff take it out of the stacks and read it in the library with the form. (but it seems that it can be copied. You can ask for details in the loan room when you arrive.

If PS can be borrowed, it will be displayed on the first floor of the main hall.

Books in the stacks are generally out of print or not borrowed for a long time (box ordering began in the Republic of China). Generally, some books are screened once a year and moved to the stacks. So please forgive me ~
