Education: 1978- 1980 studied in a specialized class of library science jointly organized by seven universities including Inner Mongolia University; 1985 to 1988 studied for a master's degree in the School of Library and Information Science of Wuhan University, 1996 to 1999 studied for a doctor's degree in the School of Information Management.

Work experience: 1980 Since joining the work, I have been working in the library of Inner Mongolia Normal University as the department director. He has presided over the work projects of the library of Inner Mongolia Normal University, such as the preservation of books, the textual research of ancient books, the assessment of the staff of the whole library, and the investigation and evaluation of the reference room of the whole school.

1March 1993, as one of the founders, served as the director-general of Inner Mongolia Hongtu Literature Technology Service Center, a joint entity of Inner Mongolia university libraries.1August 1996, he left his post.

From 1999, I began to teach in the School of Library and Information Science of Wuhan University. From 200 1 to 2005, he served as the head of the library science department of the School of Information Management. Now he is a professor, doctoral supervisor and deputy director of Peking University Information Management Department.
