The full name of China Digital Library is China Digital Library Co., Ltd., which was established with the approval of the State Council. It belongs to the National Library of China and serves the second phase project of the National Library of China and the National Digital Library Project. It was officially put into production on April 18, 2000 with a registered capital of 88.6 million yuan.
