It is based on this understanding that I pay special attention to details in my work, because I know that on the one hand, the clerk's job is mainly to deal with matters above the procedural law. No matter how well the judge handles the substantive law, as long as there is something wrong with the proceedings, it will be sent back for retrial, and a lot of work done before will be in vain. Therefore, I usually pay more attention to the study of procedural law, try to be careful and meticulous in my work, and pay special attention to the delivery and deadline of the parties. On the other hand, the important content of the clerk's work is to record the court session. As far as my personal work habits are concerned, I will go to the judge to read the case file before each court session. This is not only to check the delivery of litigation materials again, to confirm that all the preparatory work before the court session has been completed, but also to familiarize myself with the case and understand the disputed issues between the two sides, so that I can quickly summarize and analyze them in the court session records, so as to be quick, accurate and precise.
The first requirement of clerk's recording work is to type quickly. Through learning from the "predecessors" of the clerk with an open mind and continuous training in listening and typing, the typing speed has been reduced from 50 words per minute to 70 words per minute, which basically meets the requirements of the trial. Secondly, I am familiar with the legal provisions. Because my major is not law, I constantly "catch up" with relevant legal knowledge in my work. I worked as a clerk in Shawn Court for nearly a year, and actively participated in the process of hearing cases by judges. In June this year, I received instructions from the hospital leaders. Early the next morning, we cooperated with the leaders of the court and the district Committee to make statistics and legal explanations for the masses on the spot. It is common for the court to work overtime, and I often forget to eat in the court. In order to do my job well, considering that I can have enough working hours and a full mental state, I live in Guiyang and rent a house in XX District to facilitate my work. I didn't even go home for a month and a half when my work was tense and my tasks were heavy. In July this year, under the leadership of Dean Liu, I worked overtime until late at night for several days, hungry for a bag of instant noodles, and finally completed the application materials within the prescribed time limit. Under the leadership of President Liu, I learned the valuable character of not being afraid of hardship and fatigue.
