I haven't heard of this position, but if it is a part-time job, you'd better be careful. 40 words per minute is impossible. The minimum requirement for beginners or typists is more than 130 words per minute. See if you accept your money, whether it is a courier fee or a deposit. In a word, you are a liar to take out the money for any reason.
