Yes Volunteers voluntarily participate in social welfare services for free, but in order to encourage voluntary services, Shenyang Library will subsidize volunteers. Volunteers refer to people and groups who provide services to improve society and contribute their time, energy and personal technical expertise based on morality, belief, conscience, compassion and sense of responsibility, regardless of material rewards.
