1905 adopts Dewey decimal classification; The copyright law passed in 19 12 ensured the status of the library as a library; 19 14 published 33 volumes of Australian historical archives. 1923 was officially named the Library of the Federal Parliament. With the completion of the Federal Parliament Building, 1927 was moved to Canberra. Serving the parliament is its main purpose, and it also provides reference and bibliographic services for government departments and academic institutions. 1930 began to lend to Canberra residents to collect recordings and movies; 1944 London liaison office established.
