When he first became the host, Wang successfully completed the construction task under the guidance of the master on the 600-ton production line of the prefabrication yard. Every time the master teaches her, she keeps it in mind, trying not to let the master worry about the next project and let her solve the problem independently. In September 2007, she was temporarily arranged on the 2000-ton production line of the prefabrication yard. She learned about the general situation of the production line in her previous work. When she was replaced, she felt finally challenging. Until the end of the year, the model of precast caisson is frequently changed, the formwork is frequently changed, and the steel bars protruding from caisson are varied. In order to ensure the construction progress and quality, she should guide the construction on site every day, and the caisson with a height of 29m often sees her climbing up and down.

During the prefabrication of caisson for platform pier of the newly-built 300,000-ton crude oil wharf project, she and the leaders and constructors rationally designed the construction sequence of steel bars and formwork, which improved the construction progress.
