One-day tour of the National Library

One of my holiday assignments is to visit the National Library. I have heard of this place for a long time, but unfortunately, I am too young to go in. When I heard that National Day would allow us to visit, I was so happy that I couldn't keep my mouth shut.

My mother and I searched for it for a long time and finally found it. Looking up, I found that the library looks like a big book on rows of shelves, which is very grand. Standing at the gate, there seems to be a fragrant book, and I was introduced to the library by this book. The spacious lobby makes me a little at a loss. I walked aimlessly to a corner, which turned out to be a place of inquiry. Next to the phone like a bank, there are many comfortable sofa chairs around. It used to be a place to read cards and borrow and return books. On the other side, there are many large computers. When I saw these big guys, I immediately ran forward and picked up the biggest one to play with. It turned out to be a big e-book, which contains many ancient texts and many texts we have learned in Chinese books. I shook my hand gently on the big screen and opened the first page. It turned out that there was a camera on it, so I turned to play, and these ancient poems were presented to us in this high-tech way. After playing enough, I climbed the elevator and went up to the fourth floor together, trying to look down.

On the fourth floor, I found that the whole building was originally like a square recessed in the middle, and the recessed place was the reading room. Rows of wooden cabinets filled with books, lined with small wooden chairs, filled with students wearing glasses. Everyone is so serious about reading books and immersed in the sea of books. No one will make a fuss. What a peaceful learning atmosphere. The following floors are all kinds of books, but they all need a reading card. So we had to go back to the first floor. There is also a self-service accreditation machine next to the "bank". Fully automatic high-tech allows us to just put our ID card in for confirmation, and soon it will spit it out like a bank ATM. Finally, sitting at the table in the reading room, touching the smooth desktop and smelling the bursts of books made me feel extremely sacred, as if it opened a door for me to learn and took me away from it. I was deeply impressed by the strong learning atmosphere and modern high technology here. When I grow up, I will definitely come here to study hard.

I'm not sure if this is a practical activity ... but it was written when I was a child.
