When I was in college, the computer books in the library occupied one floor (there were at least three or four books on each floor), and they were updated once or twice a year (most books on other floors didn't need to be changed for at least a few years), because the software was updated every year, and the corresponding books were naturally updated every year. The university has this batch of funds for this major, and those libraries outside the school are generally difficult to afford, because the books themselves are more expensive.
You can go to a good university nearby and see if you can get a library card. Usually, the requirements will be more stringent. Our school requires normal work from the beginning, and it is ok to have the unit certificate and deposit. Later, the deposit was raised only for public institutions. Of course, different schools have different rules, so you can find out.
Then many classic computer books can be found in electronic versions, and you can choose to read e-books.
