Model land use application report Part II: Application report for planned land use

Zhengzhou Shangjie District Construction Bureau:

The basic situation of the new campus construction project of Zhengzhou Railway Senior Technical School has been included in the construction project of "Zhengzhou Livable Vocational Education City". China Railway Engineering Corporation, Zhengzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Zhengzhou Land and Resources Bureau have sent letters (documents) agreeing to carry out the preliminary work. The construction scale of the project is 400,000 square meters (600 mu), including campus construction of 355,573 square meters (533.36 mu), urban roads of 28,685 square meters (43.03 mu) and public green space 15742 square meters (23.6 1 mu). The newly-built building area is 204,246 square meters, of which the above-ground building area is198,966 square meters and the underground building area is 5,280 square meters.

The building contents include: the main teaching building covers an area of12500m2, the teaching building covers an area of 31000m2, the experimental training building covers an area of 49488m2, the practice workshop covers an area of 4100m2, and the library covers an area of 1373 1 m2. Storm playground covers an area of 4,800 square meters. The student canteen covers an area of15,009 square meters, the staff canteen covers an area of 1966 square meters, and the living welfare and ancillary buildings cover an area of 9,070 square meters. The total planned investment is 502,782,700 yuan.

Proposed site planning: The new campus project of Zhengzhou Railway Senior Technical School is located in Zhengzhou Livable Vocational Education City, Shang Jie District, Zhengzhou City, between Wanquan Road South, Wuyun Road North, Baimiao Village and Weigang Village.
