Main functions: reading newspapers and periodicals, borrowing documents, reading Jiaxing Digital Library and downloading resources. You can borrow and return books from public libraries in five counties and two districts, visit newspaper reading rooms (study rooms), visit Jiaxing Digital Library and download resources.

Cost: loan deposit 100 yuan (the card will be refunded immediately after it is returned, and the citizen card and new resident card are free of deposit), and the card will be reissued in 2 yuan.

Borrowing books from other libraries with this card must comply with the borrowing system of the local library. Handle with the household registration book.

Target: Junior high school students below Grade Two.
