Tianjin University of Commerce was founded in 1980, which belongs to the former Ministry of Commerce. The original school name was Tianjin University of Commerce, and 1998 was managed by Tianjin. In 2007, it was renamed Tianjin University of Commerce. The school aims to build a high-level university with distinctive business characteristics, meeting social needs and serving economic and social development.
