Just take the bus and get off at the investment service center. Buses passing by are 503, 5 18, 936, 805, 605, 8 15, 5 13, 5 15, 506, 52 1 etc.

If it's Tanggu Social Security Center, it's at 82 1 station, and the station name is Xiangyang Street, under Shijiazhuang overpass.
