Open Tencent Video APP, click Personal Center, click Video VIP at the bottom of personal avatar, click All Members and Renewal Management, and click Renewal Management and Opening Records in the pop-up interface. If automatic renewal is enabled, you can choose to cancel.

1. Open Tencent Video APP, click Personal Center, and click Video VIP at the bottom of the avatar.

2. Click on all members and renewal management on the right side of the avatar.

3. At the bottom of the pop-up interface, click Renewal Management to open the record.

4. Accounts with automatic renewal management can cancel automatic renewal under automatic renewal.
