K36+000-K38+500 section, 2.5km long, designed according to the first-class highway standard. The design speed is 60km/h, with two-way 10 lane. The roadbed is 70 meters wide, and 20 meters wide landscape belts are set on both sides of the roadbed. K38+500-K40+ 100 section, with a length of 1.6 km, goes under Jingde Expressway. This project includes pipe network drainage, street lamps, non-motorized vehicles, sidewalks and greening works on both sides.
