How much is the work-study program in the university for an hour?
1 hour around 20 yuan.

There are usually two kinds of part-time jobs: the first one is obtained privately by students, such as finding a tutor, opening an online shop, starting their own business, distributing leaflets and other off-campus part-time jobs; Second, the positions provided by the school, such as assistant in the student affairs office and librarian, are generally called work-study programs or work-study programs.

The work intensity and income of the first category often depend on individuals. Some students are hardworking and willing to work, and it is not a problem to maintain their own life after one month; Some students like ease and don't force it. Earn a little is a little, earn more and spend more, earn less and spend less; Individual students are more "flexible". After a few years, not only do they not need to spend money at home, but they also have spare money. What's more, when I was at school or just graduated, I was able to break into a world.

The second kind of work, relatively speaking, is much more modest. The jobs provided by the school are in great demand because of their moderate difficulty, appropriate work content, guaranteed income and not taking up too much personal study time and energy.

Then how much salary can each student get a month through the second form: work-study program? How long does it take to work?

Recently, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance? The Administrative Measures for Work-study Programs in Colleges and Universities (Revised 20 18) (hereinafter referred to as the Measures) was issued. Is this a notice to colleges and universities? Undergraduate and graduate students participate in work-study programs.

With the "time limit" regulation, the time for students to participate in work-study programs should not exceed 8 hours per week and 40 hours per month in principle. Work-study time in winter and summer vacations can be appropriately extended according to the specific conditions of the school.

According to the Measures, work-study programs include on-campus work-study programs and off-campus work-study programs. School work-study programs are divided into fixed jobs and temporary jobs. In terms of remuneration:

Fixed posts on campus are paid by the month. In principle, the remuneration for 40 working hours per month shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard or the minimum living standard for residents set by the local government or relevant departments, and may fluctuate appropriately.

Temporary posts on campus are paid by the hour. The hourly remuneration can be reasonably determined by referring to the minimum hourly wage standard stipulated by the local government or the relevant departments of the school, and in principle, it is not less than hourly 12 yuan.

The remuneration standard for off-campus work-study programs shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard stipulated by the local government or the relevant departments of the school, which shall be determined by the employer, the school and the students through negotiation and written into the employment agreement.

The "Measures" also pointed out that priority should be given to work-study jobs for students with financial difficulties. The average monthly working hours of each student with financial difficulties shall not be less than 20 hours in principle.

Minority students engaged in work-study programs should respect their customs and habits. Students shall not be organized to participate in toxic, harmful and dangerous production operations or labor that exceeds the physical endurance of students and hinders their physical and mental health.
