In principle, top secret documents are not allowed to leave the office and are not allowed to be taken out. Confidential documents that need to be brought back by the undertaking department shall be properly kept and shall not be lost, and shall be returned in time after use; Those who cause the accident of losing secrets shall be investigated for responsibility and dealt with severely.
Fourth, all kinds of confidential documents should be managed by designated personnel, and documents and files should be registered according to regulations and supervised.
Fifth, in order to ensure the safety of confidential documents, confidential documents and materials must be stored in confidential rooms or iron filing cabinets, and they should be counted and checked frequently; The storage of confidential documents and materials must also be equipped with counters that meet the confidentiality requirements. Employees are not allowed to put confidential documents on the desktop when they leave the office. The documents they have read should be returned to the confidential room in time, and the documents they have no time to read should be locked in the filing cabinet or temporarily returned to the confidential room for safekeeping.
Article 6. Confidential documents and materials shall be kept confidential from drafting to review, revision and issuance. Typing and printing rooms are confidential places, and the printing of secret documents should be handled by special personnel. Printed documents should be sent out in time, unfinished work should be properly kept, and discarded documents should be stored and destroyed in a centralized way. Individuals are not allowed to sell waste paper for private use or without cleaning to prevent leakage. Non-typewriters and printers are not allowed to enter the printing workplace without permission.
Article 7. Confidential documents and materials issued by superiors, secret documents and internal materials issued by the Party Working Committee and the Management Committee shall not be treated as waste paper, nor shall they be sold to waste purchasing departments and individual vendors without authorization. The destroyed confidential documents and materials should be uniformly sorted out and handed over to the DangZhengBan for handling according to procedures.
Eighth, the state's top secret, confidential documents, materials, audio-visual products, CDs, etc. should be transmitted in secret vector through confidential communication. They are not allowed to carry confidential documents to visit relatives and friends or go in and out of public places to prevent the disclosure of state secrets.
Article 9. Copying confidential documents should be handled in the office of the party Committee. Without the approval of the original issuing authority, the secret documents, materials and documents that are not allowed to be copied by the issuing authority shall not be copied. The photocopies shall be treated equally with the originals, and the systems of receiving and dispatching, circulation registration, filing, repaying and destroying shall be strictly implemented, and the photocopied wastes shall be destroyed in time. It is strictly forbidden to print, copy or transmit state secret documents and materials in the business premises.
Tenth, it is strictly forbidden to talk about, send and receive content that belongs to state secrets when using mobile communication tools. It is strictly forbidden to use mobile communication tools in places where confidential meetings are held.
Article 11 No unit or individual may store, process, transmit or output state secret information and internal matters of the development zone that are not suitable for publicity in the computer information system of international networking.
Article 12 The collection, storage, processing, transmission, use and destruction of confidential information and data must comply with relevant confidentiality provisions.
Thirteenth computer media storing state secret information should be identified according to the highest security level of the stored information and managed according to the corresponding documents.
Fourteenth, computer media that have stored state secret information cannot be degraded for use, and those that are no longer used should be handed over to the party and government offices for unified destruction and registration. When the classified computer is used for other purposes or scrapped, the user department shall report to the Administrative Committee for approval, format the computer hard disk at a low level, and destroy all classified information.
