Closed-shelf books can be externally connected, and they are put into the closed-shelf area mainly because of old books. However, every library has a different definition of old books. Like social sciences, those before 2003 were all locked on the shelves. Literature is different. You have to go to the lobby on the first floor to borrow books on a closed shelf. It's next to the book you returned. There is a closed shelf loan office. You can borrow books by filling out a book borrowing form, and filling in the book title and call number. The date will do. Give it to the staff and you can pick up the book in about 5 minutes.
